CriblCon 2025: homeostase’s Journey Through the Data Universe

Oct, 2025

After a memorable visit to Boston PitStop, where we had the privilege of meeting Clint Sharp, founder and CEO of Cribl, we returned to the US to participate in CriblCon in Washington.

Calling ourselves the “Amazing 7 CRIBL GOATs” of Portugal, we arrived ready for two intense days of technical sessions, discussions, and networking. It was incredible to feel the energy of the global Cribl community and share experiences with professionals from around the world.

CriblCon: Innovation and Community in Focus

During the event, we attended sessions and presentations that highlighted some trends and developments in the world of observability and data processing:

  • New AI and machine learning capabilities for anomaly detection and data flow optimization.
  • More robust APM (Application Performance Monitoring), making it easier to monitor critical applications in complex environments.
  • Unified log and metrics management, especially in hybrid and cloud-native infrastructures.
  • Reduction of MTTR (Mean Time to Resolution), accelerating problem resolution and increasing operational efficiency.

We actively participated in discussions, asked questions, and shared experiences, which gave us a more practical perspective on how these innovations can be applied to our projects and our clients’ environments.
